I am an ADHD Life Coach with over 100 hours training with the ICF accredited organisation, ADDCA. My background is within a large FMCG working in the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion space where I discovered a real passion to support neurodivergent colleagues navigate the working environment and educate those around them. This led me to complete my ADHD Coach training and it put me on the path of my own ADHD diagnosis.
